Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • • Chat history: Retained for service improvement, can be deleted on request
  • • Usage analytics: Aggregated data retained for up to 2 years
  • • Billing records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
